Order Confirmation: When placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming all details, including item size, design, quantity, and shipping address. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of items, sizes, designs, or addresses.

Order Cancellation: If you realize you made an error in your order, you can cancel it within 6 hours of placing it. After this time frame, your order may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping. Please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied. Timeframe for Returns: Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery process is completed. After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be provided.
